Surrendering\, trusting and deeply connecting within the infinite possibilities of your kundalini/life force energy. Guiding you to stand in your truth\, power and Heart. \n\n\n\nEveryone is welcome.You don’t need to have any previous experience with energy work. Come as you are ♥ \n  \n\n\n\nCOMMUNITY SPECIAL \nMeeting new friends in open\, honest settings like this is always a wonderful experience. That’s why this LEAP session will include an optional\, free extra hour after the main session for those who want to connect with fellow participants. If you need to head home right after\, you’re absolutely welcome to do so. But if you’d like to linger a little longer\, enjoy another cup of tea\, and engage in meaningful conversations with like-hearted people\, this extra time is for you. After all\, beautiful connections begin with a simple\, shared moment. \n  \nBring with you: \n\nYou can bring a bottle of water and wear loose and comfortable clothing. There are yoga mats in the studio\, but you can bring your own if you prefer.
